People are talking about McGuigan Pepin!
Joan, Brian and Tim,
We are still happy in this house you sold us so many years ago! We should remodel but are happy the way it is. We have never regretted buying it.

Hi Brian & Joan,
We still treasure our short stay in Montreal and all that you did to get us off with a good start. Our stay changed our family for the better without a doubt.
G&J - Naples, Florida
Dear Tim,
"... I thought you did a great job selling my mother's house, and I would recommend your company to any of my friends without hesitation. I will definetely call on your services when we start to look for a house of our own."
C.H. - Verdun
"Thanks for following up. You were one of the few agents from whom we requested information who actually followed up with us."
T.H. - Westmount
Joan, thanks for everything - we are so pleased that you and Brian were there for us during the whole house-buying process!

On September 13, 2004, I was fortunate enough to be invited as a special guest for a fund raiser for the Orchestre de Chambre de Montral. I would like to thank Brian and Joan McGuigan for including me in this superbly well organized golf event at Summerlea Golf & Country Club, a club which has, over the years, seen some of the world's best professional golfers. There were so many memorable highlights to this day, but one of them had to be meeting and sharing an incredible dinner with Wanda Kaluzny who has broken so many barriers, thereby becoming the Annika Sorenstam of the music world! All the participants seemed to share a passion for golf and music and we all revelled in a gloriously sunny day on the golf course. Cocktails and dinner were spent discussing the similarities between golf and music; the creation of shots and notes, the discipline of endless repetition to achieve excellence, the rhythm and balance which so often define a champion. Bidding on so many enticing items in the silent auction was a fitting denouement to this successful fundraising! Flicitations Joan and Brian on a beautifully orchestrated event!
Amicalement,
Jocelyne Bourassa
I'm sure you won't remember me, but you and Brian were involved in selling our home in Westmount back in 1984. We lived on the corner of Melbourne; my husband and I sold and moved to England. I can't remember whether you were the listing or selling agents, but that really doesn't matter...
A lot of water under the bridge since then. Now I am also in real estate, just over the Ont. border.
To get right to the point - I was wondering if you would accept a referral. I have people in England coming over towards the end of February who would like to buy in the downtown/Westmount area, I think they want a 2 bedroom condo in a good, safe area and would use it as an income property for a few years.
I am approaching you because I noticed your ad in the Gazette and thought your company seemed to be more in touch with the sort of thing they are looking for; also I remember that you were very pleasant to deal with!
Could you let me know if this would work?
Look forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
J.S.
