Pepin has a new office at 4431 St. Catherine
St. (between Metcalfe and Kensington).
The four-agent, five-person firm was
founded 15 years ago, but this is its first
storefront. Hours are Monday to Friday (9
am to 5 pm) and Saturday to Sunday (12
noon to 4 pm), but the agents are available
“pretty much 24/7,” said principal Joan
McGuigan. She went on to explain to the
Independent that the reason for the office
was “to give our clients’ properties more
marketing exposure and make the firm itself
more visible.”
